First Run of Cornish Cross Meat Birds and Super Excited!

I would find it nice to raise my own meat birds, and I would understand that I would eat them and wouldn't name them, but I'd get attached. I try to buy meat from farms that raise their meaties like the people here at BYC.
 
Anyone here heard of the royal and imperial broilers? The imperial has bigger legs and the royal has smaller legs and bigger breasts. They are both slow growing rustic broilers, and they grow a bit faster than dual purpose. There is also the robust white, a colored broiler crossed with a Cornish Cross.
