I am having a camp day tomorrow night and Saturday. Going to cull some hens, a rooster and some a fat old turkey hen.

I hope she's is good. I am going to have a hard time butchering her. Not because I like her but because she is huge and I am not sure I will be able to hang her by her legs without help. But I will try. I know the BBW we butchered took two people to lift him up and he was only 6 months old!

Use that UGLY green tractor and loader to lift her...or borrow a smaller red one that will do the job with ease..
