First Sick Chicken!

Can you take in some fresh droppings to a vet in the morning? If not, I would start treatment for possible coccidiosis with Corid (amprollium) 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Most feed stores sell Corid liquid or powder.

Offer some watery chicken feed with a little scrambled egg, and use some Corid water for mixing the wet feed.

She made it through the night and greeted me this morning. She's still a little puffed up but I really think it's from the stress of being away from her flock.

She's really a sweet little thing, and though she's unsure of whats going on I can tell she appreciates having food and water.

I haven't physically seen her eat much but when I check on her plenty of her food is gone, and when she was in the run she was trying to forage.

Sadly, she really is just skin and bones. I am worried she's not going to make it through the winter.
Can you get some photos of her?
It won't hurt to treat for Coccidiosis if you feel that's the problem. Getting a fecal float is a good idea if that's possible.

If she is really skinny, then I too would take her aside a couple of times a day to make sure she's getting to eat/drink, but I would try to leave her with the others as much as possible - being by herself and separated will make it harder on her. I know it's hard when you work/are away from home, you can't always see what's going on, but when you have time, just observe the flock's interactions - she may just be really shy or you may have a bullying issue that needs addressed. It's also possible something else is wrong too - I would check to make sure her crop is empty in the mornings before she eats/drinks.

Hello!! I have been busy with a sick 4 month old baby as well. Sorry these pictures are dark.
She is very happy to be back with her flock, and eating well!! We're on our way to tractor supply to get more grit and a few other items you all mentioned. By the way, can anybody tell me what breed she is? Barred rock?

She looks like she could be a partridge plymouth rock, but I am not certain.

Horizontal nipples?
How long have they been using them?
They work fine here, I've tested consumption volumes, and are the easiest to keep thawed.
