The first Silkie egg appeared today at 4:30pm! The Silkies are 23 weeks and two days old now.

...Cuz then, she will lay a bunch of eggs, and immediately go broody! And four weeks later, she will start up laying those cute lil eggs again! And then, she will go broody....and so on.

I love my little Silkies, but MAN, they turn into some fierce, hot-bellied, feather-plucking, snarling little nest-sitting dinosaurs with a quickness!
