First Snow On The Coop

this is what i saw this morning!
wow! what a wonderland of snow!
this is our first winter with the chickens,,, they were very unsure about the snow (its still real new for them)
but i was just so pleased how warm the coop was inside and the run itself didnt get a bit of snow!!

Beautiful!!! Your coop and run look cozy! I'd venture a guess your chickens will get used to the snow fast enough.

Beautiful! I'm anticipating a very similar scene in the morning. We've had light flurries off and on today with the full storm due to hit us tomorrow. So far, our biggest challenge has been keeping the snow off the satellite dish

Looks like your run survived quite well. Sure wish I had realized that we could have had chickens back in Denver. We had waaaayy more space out there in the suburbs than what we have out here in the country. That just isn't right. xD
