maybe even get unrelated girls (If mine are males) and get more baby emu in a couple years.

lol. Never occurred to me that they might be friendly. . . I can just picture
the chickens looking at that baby emu and too bad you can't see what
they are thinking. . .. my horse's eyeballs would probably come out on stalks
if I brought home such a big bird. . . awesome!

Can't wait to see hatching pics! and growing up pics!

Yeah, I heard that if you raise them as chicks they are ultra super friendly when they grow up! following you around, and even playing tag! (they sneak up behind you and lightly tap you on the back, then they run away at like 30 miles and hour (like you are going to be able to catch them lol) and then do it again). they are also protective of their owners, (which is good that the 130 lb bird is on your side lol).
