First time chicken mama, is this a roo?

I am fairly certain that my Batnam Oreo is a rooster, but I thought I would ask more experienced owners.

The one in the front looks like a Barred Cochin cockerel.

I am so bummed! We can't have roosters. He is only 6 weeks, I'll hang on to him until he starts waking the neighbors

I would too. I had a roo that matured very slowly. He started crowing after my pullet started laying. We didn't know what he was until then. It was really confusing.

I have two Cochin roosters, and they are sweet and quiet.
