At 13 weeks they'll be a tad bit tougher than those harvested at 8 weeks. I'd also check the livers on the one that's limping just to be certain all is good. Likely you'll have incredible flavor in those birds.

Have you a dog?

If things go terribly awry with my plans to do meat birds, my dog eats a good 12 pounds of meat a week, and she won't mind her chicken a bit "different" than the store!
It'll save us money and continue us towards independence either way.
