First time chicken mom with a sick hen!

Highly unlikely; trichomonosis is rare in chickens, and it's not an STD.

Thank you! I am not able too. I’m currently out of the animals hospital cause I had a baby and moved back to my home state to be closer with family. I’m a SAHM as of right now. When it comes to getting antibiotics do they have to see a bird vet or does tractor supply have them? I’m just unaware of a bird vet in my hometown,

You could try getting some Tylan 50 from Tractor Supply for the sick hen. Give 0.33 ml per pound of bodyweight orally 3 times a day.

Thank you so much! Fingers crossed! I observed her this morning and did notice she still is full of energy, acting normal, and the nasal discharge is no longer there. Just bubbles in one eye.

If the bubbles don't resolve, try the Tylan.

If you decide to treat with an antibiotic, I would call the vet that you used to work for and ask them.
