First time duck hatcher Hatch a Long! Need a theme

I started my hatch yesterday. It was one lonely magpie egg. Today I picked up another Pekin khaki cross egg. I will be doing a staggered hatch. More babies for longer! The reason is because I only have 3 duck hens and 2 drakes. They are arranged to how they don’t get overmated.

If you know what you are doing, there is no problem.

So today I put another Pekin cross egg in the ‘bator and now have a total of 4 eggs two Pekin cross two pure magpies. I feel like the older ones maybe developing but I see no veins yet. But it’s only day three. Worst case scenario they are infertile and I will try again!
