First time duck mom!!

Hello all!! My name is Beth and I am a first time duck mom to Captain and Crown, I have no clue if male or female yet. I'm so glad I found this site because I have so many questions and concerns about my new baby's, this site is great!! I have 2 Brown ducklings, I'm not sure of their "technical bird name" yet I want to make sure I'm properly raising these babes to be the best ducks they can be (without them joining the Army!!) Lol!! I also have 2 dogs: Rollie is 1 yr old and Lady is 10 weeks old. Rollie is the big brother protector/ducksitter and it's great. I'm ready to learn all I can for these guys
