First Time Egg Candler Scared!

Hey guys, I am trying to set up my GQF Hova-Bator 1588 Genesis. And I set it at 100. I have let it sit over night with a IncuTherm Thermometer and a brooder thermometer. So the incubator says around 99.5-99.8, and the incutherm says 99.5-100, and the brooder says 96. I am confused on what to do. I also had a indoor/outdoor themometer in there and it was saying around 95-97. What should I do? The indoor/outdoor seems pretty unreliable.

What do you mean the "brooder" says.... Do y ou have a glass thermometer you can test and compare to the others?

I have a brooder thermometer which is glass, and it is saying around 97. But the Two that I think are most reliable (the incubator, and incutherm) both are saying 99.5 now. Plus I put a temperature thermometer in the incubator and it is saying around 99. So I think I can trust the incutherm

I have been trying to get my incubator calibrated, I have one glass thermometer at 98, one glass at 99. Incubator set at 100, and a digital between 100 and 100.7, are these numbers ok?
