First time geese owner, what should I know about geese?

We are getting two buff tufted female geese very soon and it will be our first time. I was wondering what things I need to know about geese. Like how to raise them, what they eat, and when they start laying eggs? We have raised ducks before so I thought that raising geese would be similar to ducks. Thank you!
