first time goose laying questions

My little cotton patch is laying her first clutch. She is being such a good little momma sitting on them and all. My question is she started laying on the 5th of this month, its now the 13th and she has laid 6 eggs so far. That's like every other day. Is this normal last year my Toulouse laid one a day however I didn't let her sit on them. And again looking for good homes for the little ones if anyone is interested.

Geese usually lay an egg every second day.

Either your Toulouse was an extreme layer or, more plausible, another goose shared her nest for laying.

My Pomeranian buff geese are starting to lay everyday. They were at every other and yes they do share a nest with each other and sometimes with the ducks but I can tell a goose egg from a duck haha
It surprised me too but hey it's happening

She only has 2 females.

my Toulouse laid daily, first clutch had 8 a week later second clutch had 9 a week later had 7 and died. She was a year old and bred by a cotton patch male.
