After hatching 23 eggs, 21 silkies and 2 pheasants, I can honestly tell you that it will all be ok. I didn't see any movement at all during the whole incubation period, I was sure they would not hatch, as a matter of fact I swear I saw the ring of death in a few eggs, but two months later, that ring of death was actually the ring of life and they weren't moving because they were saving the energy for when they were out...

I keep my hatches at 75-80% and it's totally fine. I've never had a drowned chick. You'll only drown the chicks if your humidity was too high during the first 18 days, and they don't get a big enough air cell.
