First time hatch day 17

Don't turn the fan off, I would keep it on, turning it off will change your temp and right now sounds like it's being regulated..

Thanks... Fan is still on ,, but i added car wash sponge with water to increase humidity between 75 to 80%.

Becareful you don't want that humidity to high they could drown.. GOOD LUCK TO YOU...

After hatching 23 eggs, 21 silkies and 2 pheasants, I can honestly tell you that it will all be ok. I didn't see any movement at all during the whole incubation period, I was sure they would not hatch, as a matter of fact I swear I saw the ring of death in a few eggs, but two months later, that ring of death was actually the ring of life and they weren't moving because they were saving the energy for when they were out...

I keep my hatches at 75-80% and it's totally fine. I've never had a drowned chick. You'll only drown the chicks if your humidity was too high during the first 18 days, and they don't get a big enough air cell.

I just hatched out a Phoenix and two on the way, I keep my humidity at 65. I think a lot of it has to do with the climate that your in...

Lockdown is very tough.. Its already two days of my lockdown but cannot see any movement and rocking inside bator.
