Hello and thank you for admitting me to the group! I’ve been reading old threads for the past two weeks, for knowledge, as this is my first time incubating/hatching chicken eggs. I’ve successfully raised feed store chicks several times without incident so I’m a little more comfortable with that. I have had surprisingly good success with these eggs so far — 100% fertilization, but two of the 18 are the darkest Marans eggs, and nearly impossible to track continued development. Thank you, again. I will be posting specific questions elsewhere.
