Thanks to all of you!
Itsazoo...I'm using the Hovabator Genesis 1588 and it has performed great. Temps/humidity holding wonderfully. And I am a HUGE believer in hatching in cartons if you've used an egg turner, especially. I have 14 fuzzballs running around in there but they're not knocking the unhatched eggs all over the place. I can't remove any because I have several more pips and don't want to risk shrink-wrapping anyone.
On a sad note: there's one little guy/gal that has a little hole open and has not been able to zip all day. I can see it's little beak and I hate that I can't do anything but watch and cheer it on! I hope it makes it...

I have the old-school plain HovaBator.

I was looking at the genesis on eBay last night. Depending on this hatch, I may invest in one. They look pretty fancy!

I hope your little guy makes it!! I think I would have to try to help if he's just got the hole and hasn't done anything else. Are you sure he's breathing? Maybe you could take the bator into a really humid room (running hot shower), grab out the dry chicks and the struggling egg?? Someone else suggested that on here

Since this is my very first hatch, I'm just letting "nature" take it's course for now. He's still moving in there and hopefully he'll make it. There are other pipped eggs and I wouldn't want to risk them. I'm just cheering him on as best I can. Thanks for your support.
