First time hatching eggs

Ok so I have three chicks with beaks poking out. All three are chirping. Just seems as if nothing else is happening. Yesterday was day 21 and they started pipping late yesterday afternoon and during the night. How long should this whole process take? What should I be doing during the process?

I have 7 out of 11 hatched so far today. The other 4 are pipped and rockin!
