Alright guys, wish me luck! It's my first time hatching! I'm already super anxious. Will have to practice patience extra hard for the next 3 weeks. All of the eggs came from my flock except for the 3 Americauna eggs you see there. Super pumped!
Good luck with your hatch Yes the patience can be hard but it's so worth it in the end when the chicks hatch
I have learnt how to leave them alone. I check the incubator at 6 AM every morning for the temperature and humidity adjust humidity if needed and do not bother it until the next morning. Fist hatch this year had a 83% hatch rate two weeks in to the second hatch his year hoping for a better hatch rate adjusted my humidity setting a little higher than the first for the first 18 days from the last one to see if it makes a difference in hatch rate. It is exciting to see them hatch. Hope yours goes well for you.
