First time incubating chickens need help

I got a hhg (china) made incubator from a friend. I have no instructions and cant figure out how to get it up to temp. Figured out the humidity(I think ) but cant get the temp up. Please help...

Try "insulating" it with blankets or sytrafoam - to help hold in the heat.

I do know I've heard/read a few reviews on these plastic incubators & one of the common issues is keeping it up to temp.
