First Time Incubating Chicks

So recently, i've really been wanting to incubate chicks. Today i'm getting an incubator from amazon and soon after getting eggs. The types i'm trying to get are
Lavender Orpingtons
Ayam Cemani (Hopefully)
Delaware Chickens
Plymouth rock chickens.
Hoping they all hatch
If anyone has any tips/suggestions, I'd be happy to read them.
