Chicken eggs are 2 days past 21 days, and now on one egg there what looks like a black ring forming around where the air sack would be. Any thoughts?

How many eggs do you have! What size? Larger eggs, lower temps an cause eggs to take longer to hatch. I'm not sure what the black ring is.
