First time mum to 2 Newborn chiks

One of my chicks all of a suddenly started panter his feet seems as though can't lift his head or body weight to actually walk around anymore though they are both just born today no mama chick here for them either just me pls help

It sounds like you hatched eggs and 2 chicks have hatched so far.
Are they still in the incubator or did you move them to a brooder?
Can you post pictures of the chicks and their brooder?
What is the temperature in the brooder?
What have you offered them for food? Have they drunk any water yet? What bedding are you using?

Pine bedding chick crumble and they don't seem to want to drink any water as yet

Yes that is the one I thought maybe dehydrated so I took him out and held him tried to give water again no go though anyway wen I put him back and he must feel alil cold that's the only actual walking I've seen him get up an do since I originally noticed the panting of feet looking as though struggle or can't walk

What is the temperature?
They look hot.

Panting is a sign of overheating which is lethal to newborn chicks. Put a thermometer on the floor beneath the heat lamp and let us know what the temp is. Being so young it's likely a temperature issue.
