First time palace/fortress design Help

You need way more than 51 square feet of run for 10 hens. At the very least you need to double the size of the run to 100 square feet! Chickens will spend most of there time in the run in everything except snow and heavy rain

@Irish: By raising the coop off the ground I increased the run to 108SqFt. They are free range on my 5 acres and really will only be in the run, which is covered, in the winter.
@Janet: it will be covered with wood like the rest. I have lots of venting in the eves and the ridge vent. I thought about putting vents up there but I think I'm really good for vents now.

oh. I hadn't realized that there was space under the run, but 10" off the ground might be a bit too low for hens to go under. They would really need about 18-24 inches
