That’s a good idea. ThanksWalk your dog everyday around the coop. Let him pee around the area. Scatter his poop along the bush line. The scent may be enough to deter the fox.

I agree. I get a fox on one of my game cameras most every night. This was last night.The dog scent marking alone will not keep fox away. I have tried that a lot. Fox will even have scent marking war with the dog and go out of its way to lay a fresh mark.
Get a game camera and set it up where you saw fox. You will likely find the fox visits a lot more than you think and very likely keeps a schedule.
