Hello and welcome to BYC!
It's not uncommon for humidity to temporarily spike if they've
externally pipped or any have recently hatched, in my experience. And they will not drown.. like they probably would if humidity was running 80% throughout the incubation process.
If you decide to try and lower humidity.. then draping towels around to capture the heat and prevent shrink wrapping, while gently cracking the lid and wipe the condensation off.. but it should go back down on its own before too long.. once they've completed hatch and begin to fluff up.
