First time with a broody and so many questions!

OP already said she doesn't like the thought of reintroduction with flock and was looking for other ways to brood without that trouble. So I was trying to give her options for that.
This is a random thought of mines, but if the broody mother is protective over her babies would the other chickens accept her and the babies when you release them to the flock because when the mother protects the babies it might give the other chicken signs to like learn to go with the new members??! This is a random thought so i'm just guessing 🤣

But what would be a way to make reintroductions easier? (I don't think there is any that is possible other than placing her in a coop with a run as an incubating area and also a area for the chicks to grow with their mother until there older to get release with the flock on their own since when they are in there run they can have contact with the rest of the flock but not directly (which will lower the risk of effecting their physical health)

Best option for private/ separate nesting box is in coop if possible so hen and chicks are in a see but not touch situation from rest of flock . Reintroduction is much easier that way after a week or 2.
What you said here is what I totally agree with because the broody and her chicks can still see the rest of the flock while not actually getting direct contact with the flock members. I think this is the only way for easy reintroductions

That's why I recommended her to create a separate coop with the run. @Huntmaster

Kind of hard to still see and not touch and still be part of flock if they are in separate coop and run and seems like a lot of work and money spent if you can do it in flock coop and run. And still would need to reintroduce back in flock coop and run.

There are many threads for you to read on BYC on introduction/Reintroduction of chicks and chickens. I suggest you read some and lets not over take OP thread.

What I have learned from having my first broody till now is to leave them alone. Have food and water ready and very important available dirt or sand for her to bathe and increase her body humidity. I leave my hens free range with everyone in the flock I have try segregating but that had never worked try checking the eggs once a week and remove any eggs that are no good. And just wait for day 21. I had a hen that I would be checking and doing throughout the 21 days and I screwed up several eggs she was desperate because I was bothering her and left four eggs behind that were just about to hatch.

Lightbulb moment. What if I built an area under their roost bars for this purpose, exactly? As you can see in my very advanced sketch attached, the lime green box with chicken wire attached to show what I’m talking about. 😂
or is this not enough space? Goodness. This is quite overwhelming.
Now that I understand, since you want to avoid reintroductions, you can follow what Huntermaster said. You can create a brooder pen incase the flock doesn't accept the chicks when they are hatched, just like the picture I showed you at first and put it inside of the whole flock's coop.

Hope everything goes well for you! :)
