Personally, I'd just let her be. She's not burning any calories, so she's not going to eat much. Looks like you have water near her, so she has access to that. How do you know she's not getting off the nest to poop? She could be getting up when you're not watching her. Also, if she's not eating much, there's not going to be much to come out. I know, people talk about the big broody poops, but just because you don't see it doesn't mean she's not going somewhere. When hatching time gets closer, leave her alone. As in, don't be sticking your hand under her, don't be sticking your head close to her to listen for peeping, don't be taking her off the nest to poop. Just let her be. They were designed for this. This is the advantage of an incubator - you can sit there all day and all night and watch if you'd like. (I know this - I've done it!
) With a broody, you have to wait
patiently for the chicks to hatch and for her to take them off the nest before you know what you've got. OK, you probaby don't HAVE to, but your broody will be much happier if you do. They really don't like to be pestered. That's why they peck at you - they're telling you to go away.
