first timer- is somethign wrong with my newly hatched chick?!?!

is something wrong...what do I do! appears after 4 hours it cant use its legs cant stand up only stays squating or laying down. other chicks doing well. This is my first time. should I try to help it? its thigh sticks out and it cant straighten and use its full leggs.....oh please help me. I am a wreck! These are Lavender Orpingtons and my first time to hatch eggs. All others are fine so far.

please go to search and look up the symptoms you have seen that would be the fastest. good luck

Four hours isn't long after hatch. If by morning there is no change, then I would worry. Sometimes new chicks don't eat or drink or do much of anything for 24 or more hours after hatch. If the hatchling is ill, there may be nothing you can do about it, but don't worry until morning. Congrats on your fuzzies!
