First timer - starting my first batch Sept 15

Put the eggs into lock down yesterday. Threw out 5 very dead clear eggs, the we'll wait and see for the rest of them.

Can a person have too much humidity? Last night mine read 86% and there was condensation all over the glass. I didn't think that was right so I took out the two plugs I had in the top wholes.

Loving the webcams, husband says I can have one for my next hatch. He'll even set it up

Nothing here yet....the next few days are going to take forever!

the few days DO take forever, but waiting for them to zip and hatch after you see the initial pip seems like for.ev.er.

Yeah this morning my kids were like... when are they going to hatch? And they seemed confused About the fact that hatching can take at least several hours... It's also hard to tell if you've got wigglers - I think my mind is playing tricks on me sometimes.

Well I have an early bird. I woke up this morning at 6am to this:

No sign of external pips from everyone else. They weren't supposed to hatch until Sat!

I got my first mini-pip this morning as well. Also had one of my eggs wiggle so much it's turned about 90 degrees

Got seven out of twenty-seven!! Seventh hatched 5 minutes ago! She/he was shrink wrapped so I had to help her out She happy and healthy!! *7 down 20 to go* Todays day 21!!
