First-timer. What is this?!

How are you housing/keeping them?
What type of food are you feeding?
Do they have any symptoms like runny nose/eyes, sneezing, etc.?

Provide them with plenty of clean water, add some poultry vitamins if you have them. Make sure they are eating their chick starter well.

Right now they are in a medium sized cardboard diaper box with pine shavings and heat lamp. I'm feeding them whatever crumbly chick food the feed store people recommended. The little one's eye is watery today, other than that no other symptoms. Went to feed store today. Lady at desk said it looks like pox. She gave me antibiotics. What else can I do for them? What is the survival rate?

You may want to give them more space. Make their brooder area large enough that they only have one warm spot and let the rest of the brooder be cool. Have water and food on the cool side.

What antibiotics did they give you at the feed store?

Offer some poultry vitamins to their water a couple of times a day and make sure they are eating well.
