First year chicken tender

Hello all. Thank you for this site. Ihope it will be a great addition to my stream of learning all that I can. I have 3 Barney/Crèvecœur, 1 RIR, 1 White Leghorn, and 1 Penciled Splash (whatever that means). I just started this year with the chickens, but have been planning it for 3 years, building my own coops and runs. For me chickens are friends that provide me with breakfast, no plans to eat chickens (Im a beef kind of girl). I want to also reap the benefits for my garden. My goal is to minimize chemicals and stick to as organic as I can.
