First year of raising a flock in my backyard (in Tri-state area)

Six months exact since my flock arrived - one day old puff ball to be rainbow-colored egg layer: easter eggers, rhode island red, barred rock, buff orpington and leghorns, from Cackled Hatchery online. Very excited to see first egg laid in 16 weeks... But learning something new everyday! The latest Q - one Easter Egger started to lay green egg about 2 weeks ago, then laid another egg but stopped 10 days ago. Has anyone experienced similar situation? mind to share why and how to deal (or not) with such situation?

Probably a minor hiccup in the machinery - she will likely lay again soon

I might be having the same problem, but I think it is a hidden nest, naughty chickens
