Fish Tank Upgrade

First off, to join the discussion - please go to this thread.

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that I upgraded my Betta's tank today. Even though it isn't the very best tank, it was all I could afford at the moment. He used to be in a 1/2 gallon tank which I found out is way too small...and I have just moved him into his new 1 1/2 tank!

Old Tank:

1/2 gallon
no filter
no heater
no tank light


New Tank:

1 1/2 gallons
Nice Filter
Looking into buying a heater
Awesome Tank Light

. I just upgraded my betta fish's tank too! She went from a one gallon tank without a filter to a 10 gallon tank with a filter because my local pet store (petco) sells 10 gallon tanks for $15 and the filter $16. She also got 4 tank buddies (small fish called scissortails or something like that). I may have went a little crazy there . Also, my betta fish's name is Luna. Can I see a picture of your betta in his new tank? Here's Luna in hers:
