Fishing?

I love fishing. Been fishing since I could hold a rod. I fish both fresh and salt water. More salt than fresh. Here are a few catches from last summer.

I love to fish but do almost all of it from a kayak. I love fishing in the Gulf as well as river and waterway fishing here in southwest Florida. Last Saturday I caught two salt water Trout that were almost 30" That is my personal best.

This picture is fishing in Charlotte harbor for land locked Tarpon. They can get up to 5 feet long.

This picture is in the Myaaka River south of Sarasota Florida. We were trying to find some holes for Bass.

This is all I found.

My DH and 3 kids left 2 hours ago to camp/fish all night!! They are after catfish too. Nice and quiet here.

We just got back...lakes and rivers are WAY high up here . We caught 2 decent rainbows and some nice pan fry brookies....fish tonight for dinner !!! Too bad it was crappy fishing....hopefully it'll be better next weekend !

Were headed out to Smith Mountain lake for some night catfishing tonight so.....If we get any biggun's I'll post a pic here.

We love to fish. My hubby and I fished in local tournaments for several years together. We fished Phillpott Lake, Bugs Island, Smith Mountain Lake, and my favorite is Leesville Lake where I won my first tournament. We took lunker and most pounds that day.

Made one man so mad, he said he wasn't gonna fish any more because he couldn't take be beat by a woman.

I have different fish then you guys lol but here is my prize winner, hubby was proud to say the least! I had to sit down on the floor of the boat and brace myself against the side to get this baby in!!! Saltwater fish are so much smarter than fresh it's not even funny!!!

Try to ignore the bad hair and bikini lol and always wear sunblock, I had the WORST sunburn EVER after this trip!!! I forgot I was closer to the equator and the rays are different here... Yikes, it hurt so bad!!!

Nice fish! I never really got into saltwater fishing much; guess it's because I was raised fishin' freshwater and have stuck to it.
