it's late so please give me some slack here......you brought the young chicks outside? 65 degrees, sunny or not, is not warm enough for young chicks.

The 1st week, keep the temperature at the level of the chicks at 90-95° F. Reduce the temperature about 5 degrees per week until room temperature is reached.
I just don't want you to have any problems with the rest of them...
