Could anyone provide me any ideas for what breeds these cutie pies might be? Got them from the Bantam Bin about a week ago at my local Agway. All of them are feather legged. Also- if you feel so inclined- name suggestions are welcome.

Chick #1:Unnamed

Chick #2: Unnamed

Chick #3:Chipmunk (when we first got it that's exactly what it looked like!)

Chick #4: Aurora

Chick #5: Unnamed

They look like:
1. Dark Brahma or Silver pencilled cochin depends on comb
2. White Cochin
3. (can't see legs, feathered or no?) will be a red bird
4. Buff Cochin
5. Red Cochin

Okay- Here is a little update. Any new gender/breed predictions?

Chick #1- Sophia- Roo

Chick #2- Zest- Female White Cochin:

Chick #3-Chipmink- Female:

Chick #4- Aurora- Buff Cochin Roo:

Chick #5- Ginger- Red Cochin Female:

Your "roos" may yet surprise you and be pullets after all, but don't put money on it. Better bet it to look for pointy feathers in the hackle and saddle. All chicks look to be Cochins: silver-laced, white, partridge (watch for black feathers on the chest as this one develops, but I'm suspecting it's a girl), buff and red.

With most breeds, sexing is easily done by watching who gets butt feathers and how stiff they are. Boys usually have shapeless bums without a lot of stiff feathers, and they tend to take a long time getting any butt feathers. However, I've noticed that slower growing breeds like Brahmas and Cochins are often on the slow end of this for both genders and often give false roo IDs. With the silver-laced at the top, watch for broader white patches on the shoulders.
