Flaky skin on head and getting picked on

Hi,my chook is molting for her autumn molt but I have noticed some dry, flaky skin around her head and she is getting picked and pecked on by my other hen, she had recently finished being broody and i dont know if this is supposed to happen, how can I help her and what should I do I, is this healthy?

A post broody molt is normal and pin feather sheathing can be dry and flakey. As long as blood is not being drawn, I'd let them work things out.
