Flat Footed High Step March

I have a rescue chicken that has been recovering from bacterial and fungal pneumonia. She is on the mend but walks very peculiarly. She walks very flat footed, doesn’t flex her toes and has trouble with balance. I’ve seen some old posts on here of people who shared similar problems. Their birds were in flocks and otherwise healthy. So, I don’t think this is related to her infections. Any ideas anyone?
