Unfortunately, or fortunately, we have a pond on our property that is fairly close to the chicken coop. Can't control the wild ducks coming in. I only let my girls free range when I'm outdoors, but I walked to other side of property and that's when the altercation happened. I actually have 3 domestic ducks and they interact with my chickens great with no problems. I appreciate all the information though and so thankful for the great advise I received! Thanks all!
