I’m pretty sure this is what he is. I got him from tsc assorted bantams. He doesn’t have a lot of spots but has some. His name is rusty and is one of my favorites right now.

D'Uccle is the name of the breed. It means 'of Uccle', the city in Belgium from which this breed originated. Mille fleur is the color pattern. It means 'a thousand flowers.' All together it is mille fleur D'Uccle.
Tysm I’m not good with chicken breeds I was just going off of what google said! I usually buy from the assorted bins so I get a lot of random breeds
 
this is what my Mille fleur d’uccle bantam looks like, his name is Willie.
