Flighty Game Hen Advice Needed - life or death

...not exaggerating - she could get eaten by the neighbors dogs if she keeps this up.

Every evening she goes up into a tree or on the fence - I already clipped a wing (thanks BYC learning center), actually did it twice going as low as i dared.

Should I clip her other wing? We've caught her a few times and stuck her in the coop with the others, but its not easy as we dont want her to go over the fence into the neighbors dogs territory.

i have had a few game hens and out of all of them i only lost one and she was defending her nest. they are fast fly well and hate coops except to lay in sometimes. let her be she can take cair of her self.
