Floaties in the egg I just candled???

I just candled my 12 eggs from the bator it is day 11 for them. One of them has this black dot's the size of the end of bic pen floating around in there there were 4 of these dots I have never seen this before we are still pretty new to hatching. What is this?? Any help would be appreciated.

If you see black dots and you're not sure what they are, just leave them be for a few days and candle again and look for progress. Never give up on any of them unless you are 99.999% sure that they are no good.
