Flock/Life Journey's 2019

Good morning :frow
I just woke up. I was out drinking last night.
How fun! Really takes the edge off if not done excessively.
Ohhh thats good. So you will be keeping all that hatch? I can't wait to see them. Are they 21 days like chickens or?

16 days and i will be keeping a slew of em for breeders. i wont know how many til i see how many i can house once that time comes and how many hens hatch. There will certaintly be extra roosters who i will Not keep. Breeding ratios should generally be 3-4 hens per roo w quail depending on how happily set up they are. At least Some of those extra roos im :drool over eating before theyve even been set 24 hrs :lau i will offer some for sale i supose but i dont see many people taking me up on it.

Good Morning,
We don't see them that big at my old house but at our house now ive seen 2 but im not sure if he is the same one but.

Thats really neat! Forgot to mention i had kept a pacman frog for a long time.

Im really excited to have my eggs from James Marie Farms! 100 all set!
My brinsea has the auto turner. If I set them like that, they would fall out of the basket

Best wishes for a good hatch!

Right! That thing rotates them really far! Thanks!

I bought the whole setup second hand and the first time i used it the auto turner broke and sent 40 duck eggs crashing to the ground! Half of them still hatched. Hand turning isnt so bad if your turning the whole incubator like this and i dont really have to worry about the eggs falling as long as im gentle.
