@KLIL I've literally had pigeons shipped to me and received EVERY TRANSPORTATION AND SHIPMENT UPDATE DIRECTLY AFTER! as in 3 days post shipping & POST ARRIVAL! Luckily im friends whith multiple post office, FedEx, etc workers in town so they'll always let me know the moment they hear anything lol. But it's really odd how I'll order certain tarantulas and reptiles online, DONE! They'll call me and deliver right to my door?! But chicks? Nope can't do that! We're just gonna leave em in a cold office for however long it takes you to realize someone called you Cause that totally makes sense -_- espescially since reptile and spiders are much harder than chicks, they'll just hibernate and dont need to eat for a week. Chicks only have maybe 48 some hrs and can't heat regulate! Ps this is my first chick shipment but I've seen others due to having pigeons delivered often lol.

I love Tarantulas they are so cool! That's weird they call you start away when they are dealing with them but not chicks or pigeons when they need to eat and drink.

Have you ever ordered eggs? If yes, how long do they take?

I've never ordered eggs although I may order some if I don't move this summer. They'd probably be priority mail so 2-3 days post purchase. I've heard you need to research your seller carefully so they package eggs safely and prevent any damages in shipping. The mail service is crazy! Actually they lost one of my animal shipments once o-o delivered to wrong city just before christmas and my marbled salamanders spent 6 days in the post office little dudes didn't even notice! but i cracked up since fed ex totally thought they'd killed my pets.

You can get some amazing breeds by hatching shipped eggs!

Im back from the Doctors. I have the Flu. I have tablets and asthma puffers as the doctor said im struggling to breath. Looks like he thinks ill have another 2 to 3 days like this. Jordan went and bought me noodle box so I ate that and had all the drugs the doctor said to have. Now im laying on the lounge resting and watching a documentary about Crocodiles.

We have influenza here in the US too. Isn't Influenza in the winter, our summer for you guys?

When I have more chickens should I use an apron or pimp out a basket?

Use a Basket. It is too easy to forget eggs in apron pockets...and smash them!

Aldo have i noted that USPS tracking generally sucks? Chicks supposedly shipped yesterday afternoon and having experience whith mailing birds is expect them Tommorrow by afternoon...and yet. Nothing past Usps has prepaired for package arrival! As in. To ship! It's had to have been shipped by now! So why no updates?! USPS people, when someone trusts you to transport their future babies to them you could try to ease their worries and UPDATE TRACKING past the preparing for shipment! Oh god i do not want a delivery of all dead chicks! Id never forgive myself, I swear to god guys it's stressing me out! At least I know MY POST OFFICE will call the moment they come through the door and baby chicken waiting game continues guys!

The problems is the handoff to the air carrier--airborne or Fedex--They have a different tracking system that USPS does not follow

Yeah Jordan my partner researches the hell out of stuff so ill get him to research the seller before I order them. Lucky I have him. I just order stuff and get ripped off. Jordan never gets ripped off.

Where I work. I deal with about 1000 people a day from all over the world so It could have come from anywhere the doctor was saying.
