Yay!

I miss the chickens..look forward to seeing them in about a year when they’re all grown.

I went with DS and my aunt, her two daughters and a friend to McDonald’s today, it was fun playing in the playground with them. Then we went to visit my grandma and then watch my sister do taekwondo and went home and ate pho.

Did you make the Pho?

I blew out some eggs today!

I'll post some pictures once I get some egg holders to put them in.

I also got another egg from my best laying pullet. This is her fourth egg! Hopefully I get an olive one today too.

She was still in nesting mode and tried stealing them back when I showed the eggs to her.

This is Blaze.
Blaze was my first ever dog and got him on my 16th Birthday. I just got a call from my brother. Blaze isn't in a good way. They are going to have to put him down. Ive been crying. I knew the day was coming but still hurts.
I love you baby mummy is sooo sorry.

Two ducklings were laying on the floor dead, I brought one of them back by rubbing it under a heat lamp, the other one is gone.
Should of put netting around her to stop the other ducks from bothering them.
The duckling that i brought back is back under the mom now, gonna have to move them to a safer location away from the other ducks.
The guinea hen is doing much better, she’s not sitting around as much and is eating and drinking again. I hope to move her back out with the others this weekend.

I hope things get better with the flock soon!

Omg I love the name Tabasco! Im going to keep this name in mind for my next lot of babies

Thanks my husband said no to pepper but he named her Fajita. I asked if he was hungry and he said yes lol!

I'm looking around in the articles and trying to find what signs to look for for telling pullets from cockerels...I'm praying that i have more hens than roos

I hope so too, guineas getting hit by cars and ducks killing ducklings. It’s been one heck of a week.
