Jordan was saying we could get a pig but I said no. My focus is on my chickens so if he wants a pig he can look after it. Watch this space lol.

Hi guy and gals my name is Adam I have been keeping poultry for around 5 years now my current birds are
3 chocolate muscovy ducks and 2 black and white muscovy duck and 1 muscovy drake
11 little muscovy duckling
Pair of white pekins
Pair of blue pekins
2 orange pekins (sisters)
5 little khaki Campbell
20 fully grown khaki Campbell
1 stump tail hen
1 rir cross
2 frizzles
2 legbar x rir
2 BlackRock
3 ancona bantam
Pair of white leghorn and 1 black and white leghorn hen
3 pairs of call duck
Trio of female Indian runners
Pair of gold seabright
Pair of ayam cermani
1 ayam cermani rooster (3 in total)
Pair of Phoenix bantam
I hope to keep use updated on everything that goes on I dont usually name my birds unless I'm keeping them for an extended period of time like my Phoenix are called the snow couple and my white pekins are called snow white and prince

Flock Update:
The coop is still a muddy mess. Its been sprinkling on and off so its not getting time to dry out enough.
I had to clean out their food as it had mud in it. Luckily it was full so they could eat it from the top.

I treated my ladies today. Mixed Vegetables. They went crazy as always. I feel bad its been storming in the afternoons so no free ranging for them.

Collected 1 egg so far today.

Filled up my ladies water. Yes, they are spoiled at the moment and get bottled water like we drink.

Flock Update: I got my little ones crickets today! It was hilarious! When i first put them in they freaked and were sitting on top of each other to get away from scary little crickets!! Then Relish went out bravely and pecked at them and realized that they were good and caught one! Then she was running around chirping up a storm and then the chase was on for the others!

On a blah note we learned that the yard grading makes it impossible for us to put the new coop where we planned... back to the drawing board!!!

Ohhh sounds like my dad. Nothing is ever done right or he doubts my abilities. Like my job. He didnt think I was good enough to do my job. But im more successful them my parents were over. They were so hard on me but my younger brother he doesn't need to do anything. Doesn't need to work or get a licence. Me I had too.

Ohhh they once said my house will be a mess. My house is clean as plus I work full time.

Wow that seems so unfair! I’d say my dad is equally hard on all three of us sisters. My youngest sister is only 10 and my dad keeps telling her she will be flipping burgers til she retires because she doesn’t want to spend her spring break doing extra homework.

The guinea that got hit by a car sadly passed away last night

The hatchery sent me a message this morning saying they’ve changed the date to the 12th of April for the aylesbury ducklings

Ohh the will power is real
My partner wont take me anywhere that I might see chicks and be able to buy them lol.
Theres this farm you get to pat pigs and farm animals and buy them too. Jordan wants to go so bad then he says ohhh your not buying more chickens yet darling. Im like why? Then his like well we aren't going lol.

Nooo way would I be able to have 10 acres and only 3 chickens, all hens at that. I really think I’d go crazy if I didn’t get to be chicken crazy on that much land lol. At least let you get one bird per acre!

Ain’t she the cutest?! My uncle bought me a little young Mini Rex velveteen doe (female) rabbit. I got her late last night. I was in Walmart after midnight getting rabbit supplies

. She is beautiful! The Velveteen Rabbit is one of my favourite children’s books and I think the bunny in it is a Rex.

Omg shes sooo cute!!! Im so jealous! We aren't aloud them as pets here.

Ron somehow I didn’t quote your post...happy st. Patrick’s day to you too! DS is sleeping in his green onesie and I didn’t even realize that tomorrow is st. Patrick’s day.

We drove to Tucson to visit my cousins and on the way back stopped by TSC which we noticed along the highway. My dad took pics of the baby poultry.
