Flock/Life Journey's 2019

Good evening :)
So gorgeous!! I can’t wait to see what my new little EE’s are gonna look like when grown!! I think they are the prettiest chickens with all that variety of color!!
EEs are definitely one of the prettiest in my opinion. it's a surprise every time and you never know how they'll look as hens. :)

Oh, where did you send Mustard??
And it looks great! You did a nice job if removing all the old mulch too!!

Local family with an older flock... the lady understood some hens can be mean to babies that are not their own and asked if she could see if she'd work out with her girls and i said sure

Well this is fun. BBQ my fav pullet just crowed in my arms. I think she is wanting to show she's number 1...(she's not, but i think the others let her think that) She's defiantly a she. It was funny listening to her try it out. As soon as I put her down she looked at me, ruffled her feathers and hopped off. I think i damaged her pride by picking her up. :gig:lau

Integration faze one is complete... it went very well today.. I guess as the middles get more comfortable with the bossy big gals they will eventually follow them up to roost??
Got the gate put up for the yard.. next the fence..
The flowers had some grass time in their makeshift yard.. and I bought a new sign and rooster stake.. and feed thingy that I am using for oyster shells and grit... and a pillow :D...
