We got two eggs today!!! One has maybe a pinkish tint to it. Both are kinda longish. So either Cajun and Soy laid or Soy and another barred rock laid

Candled all 10 eggs from the bottom... some are fuller then others. So excited for lockdown on Saturday afternoon!!!

Snoopy is doing great! We make sure that we just watch and round up chickens and if he tries to play or get rough i tell him "enough" or "leave it" sharply and make a loud snap sound. As you can see... he's taking his job seriously

And the babies in outside brooder are growing up fast! Before long they'll be free ranging too. I was cleaning under them when i too pic so they were not happy.

Its a very funny feeling. I was eating Hot Buttered Chicken the other night. She either liked it or hated it. She was moving around like a mad women!

So glad to hear all is going well! The weirdest feeling is after you have the baby and have "phantom kicks" happens a lot as your body adjusts.

Ron yes! We're excited! My husband keeps telling me to not count before they hatch

I probably won't be on much. I spent the last few days readying my moms house in south Florida for the hurricane and now am getting prepared here as it looks like it may come this far as a category 1.
