Afternoon all!

How's everyone doing? Anyone have fall colorsand temps that i can drool over? We're still melting here!

So fun weekend, our back porch middle support bean broke... leaving about 7 boards held on by end nails at an angle. And our front porch steps broke last week so now scrambling to fix front steps today so we have a safe way to get in and out of house

Had to run to store and it's too hot to keep working but at least I have everything to finish it now!

Girls are NOT happy with me moving guard pup to the back yard. But he's needing to be around them more so he'll actually guard. He's doing great!

Poo Toasted is getting his neck feathers pulled out. All the girls want him...

GT is our only girl that puts up with this eithout a fuss!
I think Eagle's egg is turning into a pinkish color! Pretty cool!

Brooder chicks still growing, and inside chicks doing good!

Yeah constant repairs... my husband and I are starting to wonder if we made a mistake. Oh well stuck for now. I do love it and i have no restrictions really so there's that.

Been a difficult day and the girls cracked an egg an went prehistoric on it! Going to watch Chase though incase she might be an egg eater. I put more protein and oyster shells out for them too.
I have two definite girls in the coop brooder, when should i move them out with big girls? I don't want all those boys hurting them.

Also decisions feather leg maran roo or blue splash Amerucana roo. Hmmm still looking for personality factors.

One of my inside chicks has a bright copper chest! It's so pretty! I'll need to do pics again soon.
